The present invention relates to a feed transferring conveyor for sorting iron substances and preventing pollution, which aims to be used for transferring feed in a TMR feeding facility or the like, sort iron substances included in feed in a feed transferring process, prevent pollution due to penetration of external foreign substances, and also prevent environmental pollution due to fine scattering. The feed transferring conveyor for sorting iron substances and preventing pollution comprises: one or more supports (10) installed in front, back, left, and right places; a belt frame (20) fixed in the supports; a driving means (30) including a driving pulley (32) and a driven pulley (33) which are installed at a distance from each other in the belt frame, and a motor (31) which rotates the driving pulley; a belt conveyor (40) wound around the driving pulley and the driven pulley and transferring the feed while being rotated by the driving unit; a cover (50) sealing a space excluding an inlet and outlet of the feed from the outside by covering an upper part of the belt conveyor; and a magnetic sorting drum (60) installed in the outlet of the belt conveyor and sorting the iron substances included in the feed discharged along the belt conveyor. The magnetic sorting drum is adjacent to the driving pulley, is connected to the driving pulley to transfer power, and sorts the iron substances from the feed, while rotating, which is dropped from the belt conveyor by magnetic power. 본 발명은 철제 이물질 선별과 오염 방지가 가능한 사료 운반 컨베이어에 관한 것으로, TMR 급여 시설 등에서 사료의 운반을 위하여 사용되고 사료의 운반 과정 중에 사료에 포함된 철제 이물질을 선별하고 외부 이물질의 침투로 인한 오염 방지와 함께 미분의 비산으로 인한 환경오염을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 철제 이물질 선별과 오염 방지가 가능한 사료 운반 컨베이어는, 전후좌우 4 곳에 각각 하나 이상으로 설치되는 서포트(10)와; 상기 서포트에 고정되는 벨트 프레임(20)과; 상기 벨트 프레임에 상호 간에 거리를 두고 설치되는 구동풀리(32)와 종동풀리(33), 상기 구동풀리를 회전시키는 모터(31)로 이루어지는 구동수단(30)과; 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리에 감기며 상기 구동수단에 의해 회전하면서 사료를 운반하는 벨트 컨베이어(40)와; 상기 벨트 컨베이어의 상부를 덮어 사료의 투입구와 배출구를 제외한 공간을 외부와 밀폐하는 덮개(50)와; 상기 벨트 컨베이어의 배출구에 설치되며 상기 벨트 컨베이어를 따라 배출되는 사료에 포함된 철제 이물질을 선별하는 자력선별드럼(60)을 포함하고, 상기 자력선별드럼은 상기 구동풀리에 근접 배치되며 상기 구동풀리와 동력전달 가능하게 연결되어 회전하면서 자력에 의해 상기 벨트 컨베이어에서 낙하하는 사료로부터 철제 이물질을 선별한다.
