Summary:The present invention provides a system for analyzing an influence of water pollutant emission and a method for the same. According to the present invention, the method for the same includes: a step of calculating a total pollution rate (PEC) and an additional pollution rate (PC) by using an existing pollution level (BC) of a water pollutant, a river flow rate (Lt), a discharge concentration (EC), and a discharge flow rate (Le); a step of setting a maximum discharge standard at the discharge concentration (EC) for passing a test by testing whether the additional pollution rate (PC) satisfies a first environment standard; a step of additionally testing whether the total pollution rate (PEC) satisfies a third environment standard and whether the additional pollution rate (PC) satisfies a second environment standard in a case that a maximum discharge standard has not been set; and a step of setting the maximum discharge standard at a value of the discharge concentration (EC) when passing the additional test. According to the present invention, the system for analyzing the influence of water pollutant emissions can easily and rationally manage the environment since an environment administrator can set a customized water pollutant discharge standard for each business. 본 발명에서는 수질오염물질 배출영향분석 시스템 및 그 방법을 개시하였다. 본 발명은 수질오염물질의 기존오염도(BC), 하천유량(Lt), 배출농도(EC), 배출유량(Le)을 이용하여, 총오염도(PEC)와 추가오염도(PC)를 계산하는 단계와, 추가오염도(PC)가 제1 환경기준을 만족하는지 테스트하여, 테스트를 통과하는 경우 최대배출기준을 상기 배출농도(EC) 값으로 설정하는 단계와, 최대배출기준이 설정되지 않은 경우 추가오염도(PC)가 제2 환경기준을 만족하고 총오염도(PEC)가 제3 환경기준을 만족하는지 추가 테스트하는 단계와, 추가 테스트를 통과하는 경우 최대배출기준을 배출농도(EC) 값으로 설정하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 환경관리자가 사업지 맞춤형 수질오염물질 배출기준을 설정할 수 있으므로 보다 손쉽고 합리적으로 환경관리를 할 수 있다.
