Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bio-sulfur suspension and the bio-sulfur suspension manufactured by the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the bio-sulfur suspension comprising a dehydration process, a desalting process, and a suspension process. The present invention, by controlling the moisture content of a final produced bio-sulfur by controlling main factors of the dehydration process and performing the desalting process and the suspension process, is possible to reduce an operation cost of a whole process, enable stable operation of desulfurization equipment, and without additional processing of manufactured bio-sulfur, enable immediate use thereof as a raw material for various industrial fields. In addition, disposal of bio-sulfur as waste will incur a processing cost of about 150,000 won/ton, but if bio-sulfur is manufactured as a commercial product through an appropriate refining process, it is possible to obtain an additional revenue as a high value-added industry. 본 발명은 바이오황 현탁액의 제조 방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 바이오황 현탁액에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 탈수 공정, 탈염 공정, 및 현탁 공정을 포함하는 바이오황 현탁액의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 탈수공정 주요인자를 조절하여 최종 생산되는 바이오황의 함수율을 조절하고, 탈염 및 현탁 과정을 수행함으로써, 전체 공정의 운전비 절감 및 탈황설비의 안정적인 운영이 가능하도록 하며, 제조된 바이오황에 대해 별도의 추가 처리과정 없이 다양한 산업분야의 원료로 즉시 사용이 가능하다. 또한, 바이오황을 폐기물로 처리 할 경우, 약 15만원/톤의 처리비용이 발생하나 적절한 정제 공정을 통해 상업 제품으로 생산하는 경우 고부가가치 산업으로 추가 수익이 가능하다.
