The objective of the present invention is to provide a pintle injector for an oxidizer-rich preburner, which can be used for an oxidizer-rich preburner. To this end, the pintle injector for an oxidizer-rich preburner comprises: a fuel sleeve comprising a fuel flow path guiding fuel in an axial direction; a pintle provided after being spaced from a lower end of the fuel sleeve, and spraying the fuel in a radial direction; an oxidizer sleeve surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the fuel sleeve; and an oxidizer manifold surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the oxidizer sleeve, and comprising a plurality of oxidizer flow paths, and spraying an oxidizer towards a lower end part of the oxidizer sleeve. 본 발명은 산화제 과잉 예연소기에 사용할 수 있는 산화제 과잉 예연소기용 핀틀 분사기를 제공하는 것이 그 기술적 과제이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 산화제 과잉 예연소기용 핀틀 분사기는, 연료를 축 방향으로 안내하는 연료 유로를 포함하는 연료 슬리브; 상기 연료 슬리브의 하단에 이격되어 구비되며 상기 연료를 방사 방향으로 분사시키는 핀틀; 상기 연료 슬리브의 외주면을 감싸는 산화제 슬리브; 및 상기 산화제 슬리브의 외주면을 감싸고 복수의 산화제 유로를 포함하며 상기 산화제 슬리브의 하단부를 향해 산화제를 분사시키는 산화제 매니폴드;를 포함한다.
