Summary:The present invention relates to an inclination measuring device and an inclination measuring method using the inclination measuring device using an optical fiber sensor capable of measuring the three-dimensional inclination of an inclination measurement object for safety inspection by vertical rotation and planar rotation of a rotary joint. The present invention includes a center weight (3) disposed to be orthogonal to an inclined rotary ring (20) and a rotary joint (2) having a joint coupling ring (11), a sensor coupling ring (12), and the inclined rotary ring (20) capable of planar rotation and vertical rotation; and a plurality of optical fiber sensors (4) for stretching strain measurement disposed between the upper end of the center weight (3) and the sensor coupling ring (12). When the center weight (3) is moved to maintain the gravity direction in accordance with the inclination of the inclination measurement object, the inclined rotary ring (20) of the rotary joint (2) performs planar rotation and vertical rotation, and then stretching deformation occurs in the optical fiber sensor (4). The stretching deformation is measured so that the degree of inclination of the center weight (3) is grasped. As a result, the degree of inclination of the inclination measurement object is measured. Accordingly, accurate stretching strain measurement is possible by means of the optical fiber sensor even when the inclination measurement object is inclined three-dimensionally, and thus the degree of inclination of the inclination measurement object can be measured with high accuracy. 본 발명은 조인트 결합링(11)과 센서 결합링(12), 평면회전과 연직회전이 가능한 경사회전링(20)을 가지는 회전조인트(2), 경사회전링(20)과 직교하도록 배치되는 중심추(3); 및 중심추(3)의 상단과 센서 결합링(12) 사이에서 배치되어 신축 변형률을 측정하는 복수개의 광섬유 센서(4)를 포함하며; 경사측정 대상의 경사에 따라 중심추(3)가 중력방향을 유지하도록 움직이게 되면, 회전조인트(2)의 경사회전링(20)이 평면회전 및 연직회전하게 되어 광섬유 센서(4)에 신축변형이 유발되고, 이러한 신축변형을 측정함으로써 중심추(3)의 기울어짐 정도를 파악하여 경사측정 대상의 경사도를 측정함으로써, 경사측정 대상이 3차원 형태로 기울어지더라도 광섬유 센서를 이용하여 정확한 신축 변형률을 측정하여 경사측정 대상의 경사도를 매우 정확하게 측정할 수 있게 되는 "회전조인트의 연직회전과 평면회전에 의해 안전진단을 위한 경사측정 대상의 3차원 경사 측정이 가능한 광섬유 센서 이용 구성의 경사측정장치 및 이를 이용한 경사측정방법"에 대한 것이다.
