Summary:Even though hydrogen is purified through various existing methods for purifying air, energy is excessively consumed to finally produce products of ultrahigh purity nitrogen, helium, neon and the like, and it is difficult to obtain desired purities thereof. Accordingly, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for recovering high purity neon from mixed gas, pretreated to make impurities and the like removed therefrom and hydrogen, helium, neon, and nitrogen concentrated therein. 종래 공기 정화를 위한 다양한 방법을 통해 수소를 정제하고 있으나, 최종적으로 초고순도의 질소, 헬륨, 네온 등의 생성물을 생산하는데 에너지 소모가 과다하고, 원하는 순도를 얻기에는 무리가 있으므로, 본 발명은 불순물 등이 제거되고, 수소, 헬륨, 네온, 질소가 농축되도록 전처리된 혼합가스로부터 네온을 효과적으로 회수하기 위한 방법 및 장치를 제공하고자 한다.
