Summary: | Conventionally, hydrogen is purified through various methods for air purification. However, since energy is excessively consumed to produce products such as nitrogen, helium, neon and the like with ultrahigh purity and it is difficult to obtain a desired purity, the present invention is intended to provide a method and an apparatus for effectively recovering neon from a mixed gas which is pretreated to remove impurities and the like, and to concentrate hydrogen, helium, neon, and nitrogen.
종래 공기 정화를 위한 다양한 방법을 통해 수소를 정제하고 있으나, 최종적으로 초고순도의 질소, 헬륨, 네온 등의 생성물을 생산하는데 에너지 소모가 과다하고, 원하는 순도를 얻기에는 무리가 있으므로, 본 발명은 불순물 등이 제거되고, 수소, 헬륨, 네온, 질소가 농축되도록 전처리된 혼합가스로부터 네온을 효과적으로 회수하기 위한 방법 및 장치를 제공하고자 한다. |
