Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Polygoni cuspidate Radix extract with an increased resveratrol content and an antifungal composition containing the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an extract with increased content of resveratrol through a sugar-hydrolyzing enzyme reaction using a Polygoni cuspidate Radix extract. and an antifungal composition including the same as an active component. The present invention has an effect of providing Polygoni cuspidate Radix-derived resveratrol from which sugar is removed from resveratrol glycosides of existing Polygoni cuspidate Radix extracts by processing the Polygoni cuspidate Radix extract with the sugar-hydrolyzing enzyme. The composition including the Polygoni cuspidate Radix-derived resveratrol as an active component can be used to prevent or improve dandruff by having anti-fungi ability against Malassezia fungus which causes scalp dandruff. 본 발명은 레스베라트롤 함량이 증가된 호장근추출물의 제조방법과 이를 함유하는 항진균용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 호장근() 추출물을 당-가수분해 효소반응을 통해 다량의 레스베라톨 함량이 증가한 추출물을 제조하는 방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항진균용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, 호장근 추출물을 당-가수분해효소 처리함으로써 기존의 호장근 추출물의 레스베라트롤 배당체로부터 당이 제거된 호장근 레스베라트롤을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 상기 호장근 레스베라트롤을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은, 두피의 비듬을 유발시키는 말라세지아속 진균에 대한 항진균력이 있으므로, 비듬을 예방 또는 개선하는데 사용할 수 있다.
