Summary:The present invention relates to a bi-directional ULC-TVS semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof. The bi-directional ULC-TVS semiconductor device comprises: a first unit cell including a first PIN diode and a first Zener diode forming a first terminal as cathodes are interconnected thereto; and a second unit cell including a second PIN diode and a second Zener diode forming a second terminal as cathodes are interconnected thereto. The first unit cell and the second unit cell are arranged to horizontally face each other, anodes of each of the first Zener diode and the second PIN diode are electrically connected, and anodes of each of the second Zener diode and the first PIN diode are electrically connected. 본 발명은 양방향 ULC-TVS 반도체 소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 캐소드가 상호 접속되어 제1단자를 이루는 제1제너 다이오드와 제1PIN 다이오드를 포함하는 제1단위 셀과, 캐소드가 상호 접속되어 제2단자를 이루는 제2제너 다이오드와 제2PIN 다이오드를 포함하는 제2단위 셀을 포함하고, 상기 제1단위 셀과 제2단위 셀을 수평으로 마주하게 배치하고, 상기 제1제너 다이오드와 제2PIN 다이오드 각각의 애노드를 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 제2제너 다이오드와 제1PIN 다이오드 각각의 애노드를 전기적으로 연결하여 구성한다.
