Summary:The present disclosure relates to a system for providing a driving signal to an emergency vehicle. The system for providing a traffic signal to an emergency vehicle comprises: a wireless terminal provided in an emergency vehicle and informing a location of the emergency vehicle; a controller controlling a driving signal of a traffic light; a buffer zone formed to overlap a road a predetermined distance away from the controller; and a control center receiving the location of the emergency vehicle from the wireless terminal and requesting the controller to turn on the driving signal on the traffic light when the emergency vehicle is located in the buffer zone. 본 개시는 긴급차량 주행신호 제공 시스템에 있어서, 긴급차량에 구비되며, 긴급차량의 위치를 알려주는 무선단말기; 신호등의 주행신호를 제어하는 제어기; 제어기로부터 일정거리 떨어져 도로와 겹쳐지도록 형성된 버퍼존; 그리고, 무선단말기로부터 긴급차량의 위치를 전송 받아 긴급차량이 버퍼존에 위치하면 제어기가 신호등의 주행신호를 점등하도록 요청하는 관제센터;를 포함하는 긴급차량 주행신호 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
