The present invention relates to a heater using a liquid thermal diffusion plate, comprising: a case; a first terminal and a second terminal installed to be spaced in parallel in the case, of which a part protrudes to the outside; a heat radiating film unit including a carbon bar one end of which is connected to one end of the first terminal installed in the case, and the other end of which is connected to one end of the second terminal installed in the case, in order to produce heat by the potential difference between the first terminal and the second terminal; and a heat conductive metal plate formed to be shorter than the length of the heat radiating film unit to be installed in the case, and coming in contact with one side surface and the other side surface of the heat radiating film unit. 본 발명은 액체열확산판을 이용한 히터에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 케이스, 케이스 내부에 평행하게 이격 설치되어 일부가 외부로 돌출되는 제1터미널단자와 제2터미널단자, 일단이 케이스 내부에 설치된 제1터미널단자의 일단과 연결되고 타단이 케이스 내부에 설치된 제2터미널단자의 일단과 연결되어 제1터미널단자와 제2터미널단자 간 전위차에 의해 열을 발생시키는 탄소 바를 포함하는 발열필름부 그리고 발열필름부의 길이 이하로 형성되어 케이스 내부에 설치되고 발열필름부의 일측면과 타측면에 접하는 열전도금속판을 포함한다.
