The present invention relates to a power auto restoration device through observation of an RS-232 communication port. More specifically, the present invention relates to the power auto restoration device capable of resetting power of each channel connected to a communication means or a main data processing means when there is no response from the communication means or main data processing means for a preset time by monitoring reception data and an electrical signal of the communication means with regard to a technique capable of monitoring a communication failure, turning on or off power of the communication means and data processing means of DC 12 to 30v, AC 220v in the event of the communication failure, and resetting the power through an RS-232 communication port. 본 발명은 RS-232 통신포트 감시를 통한 전원 자동 복구 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, DC 12~30v, AC 220v의 통신수단과 메인 데이터처리수단의 전원을 RS-232 통신 포트를 통해, 통신 장애를 감시하여 통신 장애시 오프(Off) 후, 온(On) 구동시켜 리셋시킬 수 있는 기술에 관련하여, 통신수단의 수신 데이터 및 전기적 신호를 감시함에 따라 미리 설정된 시간 동안 통신수단 또는 메인 데이터처리수단으로부터 응답이 없는 경우, 통신수단 또는 메인 데이터처리수단으로 연결된 각 채널의 전원을 리셋시킬 수 있도록 하는, 전원 자동 복구 장치에 관한 것이다.
