Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bicolored zirconia ceramics, in which zirconia and a pigment reaction catalyst are mixed and molded and a pigment is partially colored to realize two colors to have excellent physical properties and have an obvious color. According to the method for manufacturing the bicolored zirconia ceramics according to the present invention, the zirconia and the pigment reaction catalyst are mixed and molded to manufacture a molded body, and the molded body is partially colored and sintered, and thus the molded body has excellent physical properties. By reacting the pigment with the pigment reaction catalyst, a change in colors is minimized even with a long-time use while bright and obvious color is exhibited even at a high temperature of 1300 °C or higher, and the mixing ratio and the pigment of each component constituting the molded body are selectively chosen to realize multiple colors of different colors. 본 발명은 지르코니아와 안료반응촉매를 혼합하여 성형한 후 안료를 부분 착색하여 2컬러를 구현함으로써 물리적인 물성이 우수하고 색상이 선명한 2컬러 지르코니아 세라믹스를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 2컬러 지르코니아 세라믹스의 제조방법은 지르코니아와 안료반응촉매를 혼합하고 성형하여 성형체를 제조한 다음 성형체를 부분 착색하여 소결함으로써 소결체의 물리적인 물성이 우수하고, 안료를 안료반응촉매와 반응시킴으로써 1300 ℃ 이상의 고온에서도 착색되는 색상이 밝고 선명하면서 장기간 사용하여도 색상의 변화가 최소화되며, 또한 성형체를 구성하는 각 성분의 배합비와 안료를 선택적으로 조합하여 여러 색상의 다중 컬러를 구현하는 것이 가능하다.
