The present invention relates to a simple opening and closing window device of a rockfall preventive measure, in which a window net front supporting piece is formed as a back side support piece of the window net in a left and right line frame and a top frame and a bottom frame composing a window frame, and a combination of the window frame and a wire mesh is strongly formed, a drainage hole is formed at a bottom frame forming the window to prevent water flowing down as rainwater, melted snow, or water flowing down from a slope from accumulating, or an immersion prevention member is filled inside of the left and right line frame and the top frame and the bottom frame to prevent water from entering such that corrosion and reduction of strength of the window are prevented, the left and right line frame and the top frame and the bottom frame are reinforced by themselves such that the window is strongly constructed, and a stopper for a main pole is provided in a state where the window is closed such that the window does not arbitrarily open. 본 발명은 낙석방지책의 간이 개폐식 윈도우 장치에 관한 것으로, 윈도우의 틀을 구성하는 좌우선틀과 위틀 및 밑틀에 윈도우망 앞면지지편을 윈도우망 뒷면지지편을 형성하여 윈도우의 틀과 철망의 결합이 견고하게 이루지고, 윈도우를 구성하는 밑틀에 배수공을 형성하여 빗물이나 눈 녹은 물 또는 사면을 흘러내리는 물이 고이지 않게 하거나 좌우선틀과 위틀 및 밑틀의 내부에 침수방지부재를 충전하여 물이 침입하지 못하도록 하여 윈도우의 부식과 강도 저하를 방지하며, 좌우선틀과 위틀 및 밑틀을 자체적으로 보강하여 윈도우가 견고하게 구성되며, 윈도우가 닫힌 상태에서 주주에 걸리는 스토퍼를 구비하여 임의로 열리지 않도록 한 것이다.
