A rental service method comprises: a step in which a service provider device makes a rental service contract of a rental product among the service provider device operated by a product rental service provider, a lender device operated by a rental product lender, an inspector/repairer device operated by a person who inspects and repairs a returned product for replacement of a rental product, and a donation beneficiary device operated by a person who receives a donation of the returned product; a step in which the service provider device performs a replacement processing task for replacing the rental product; a step in which the lender device performs a return processing task in response to the replacement processing task for the rental product; a step in which the inspector/repairer device receives an inspection/repairing request signal and performs an inspection/repairing processing task when the service provider device sends the inspection/repairing request for the returned product to the inspector/repairer device; a step in which the service provider device performs a donation processing task on the donation beneficiary device to donate the inspected/repaired returned product; and a step in which the donation beneficiary device handles issuance of proof of donation of the returned product. The present invention can increase profits of a service provider (lessor) and a customer (lender). 상품의 렌털서비스 제공자가 운용하는 서비스제공자 장치, 렌털상품 대여자가 운용하는 대여자 장치, 렌털상품의 교체를 위해 반납된 상품을 검사 및 수선하는 자가 운용하는 검사/수선자 장치, 회수된 상품을 기부받는 자가 운용하는 기부수혜자 장치 간에, 서비스제공자 장치가 렌털상품의 렌털서비스 약정처리를 수행하는 절차; 서비스제공자 장치가 상기 렌털상품을 교체하기 위한 교체처리를 수행하는 절차; 대여자 장치가 상기 렌털상품의 교체처리에 응답하여 반납처리 태스크를 수행하는 절차; 서비스제공자 장치가 검사/수선자 장치로 반납 상품의 검사/수선 의뢰를 전송하면, 검사/수선자 장치가 검사/수선 의뢰 신호를 수신하고 검사/수선 처리 태스크를 수행하는 절차; 서비스제공자 장치가 검사/수선 처리된 반납 상품을 기부하기 위하여 기부 수혜자 장치로 기부 처리 태스크를 수행하는 절차; 기부수혜자 장치가 상기 반납 상품의 기부증빙 발행을 처리하는 절차가 수행된다.
