Specifically, provided is a cosmetic composition including a calcium-binding substance and a protein structure-modifying substance, having a keratin peeling effect superior to the efficacy of a conventional active ingredient even at weak acid or neutral pH and low skin stimulation, and maximizing the keratin peeling performance through the combination of ingredients to increase the efficiency and lower the side effects. 본 발명은 피부 각질 박리 촉진용 화장용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 칼슘결합물질 및 단백질 구조 변화 물질을 포함하며, 이를 통해 약산성-중성 pH에서도 기존 효능 원료의 효능보다 우수한 각질 박리 효과를 가지면서도 피부 자극이 낮고 원료간의 조합을 통해 각질 박리능은 극대화하여 효율은 높이고 부작용은 낮춘 화장용 조성물을 제공한다.
