Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for improving skin whitening activity by emitting radiation to luteolin and a skin whitening composition comprising a radiation emission product of luteolin as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a radiation emission product of luteolin with improved skin whitening activity which comprises a step of emitting radiation to luteolin, a skin whitening cosmetic composition comprising a radiation emission product of luteolin with improved skin whitening activity as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation diseases.
