Summary:The present invention relates to a functional panty for a man. More particularly, a penis pocket and a scrotum pocket are formed separately from each other. A ventilation hole is formed in a pocket for storing a scrotum to allow external air to easily flow into the body. An air layer is formed between the lining and an outer sell to keep the penis at a low temperature due to the role of the air layer.
