Summary: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing and construction method of a PSC-girder using an improved mold device. More specifically, provided are a device for manufacturing a PSC-girder that is improved to easily manufacture the PSC-girder having various curves in a width direction and a longitudinal direction, and the PSC-girder that is manufactured by the device. Moreover, after a conventional mold is installed in advance, and after a girder is cured, the device is installed in a construction site of a bridge to transfer the cured girder with a trolley and a skid rail so as to solve problems of inconvenience caused by installing a girder with a crane or the like. Moreover, a height adjustment jack and a lifting beam are used to easily install a girder.
본 발명은 개량형 거푸집 장치를 이용한 PSC거더의 제작 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 폭방향 및 길이방향으로 다양한 굴곡을 갖는 PSC거더를 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 개량된 PSC거더 제작용 장치를 제공하고, 상기 장치를 통해 제조된 PSC거더를 제공한다. 또한, 종래의 거푸집을 미리 설치한 뒤 거더를 양생 후 크레인 등을 사용 거더를 설치하였던 불편함을 해소하기 위한 목적으로, 상기 장치를 교량의 시공현장에 설치하여 양생된 거더를 대차와 스키드레일을 이용하여 이송하고, 높이조절 잭과 리프팅 빔을 이용하여 거더를 손쉽게 설치할 수 있다. |
