The present invention provides a test socket capable of solving an alignment problem and sufficiently corresponding to fine pitch of BGA, wherein the test socket tests a semiconductor package of a BGA package structure. The test socket includes: a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) having a flat plate shape including a contact area at the center part and including multiple via contacts arranged in the contact area; a first rubber connector installed in the lower part of the contact area and having conductive lines inside; and a second rubber connector installed in the upper part of the contact area and having conductive lines inside. The conductive lines are offset in a first direction and the first rubber connector and second rubber connector are installed to remove the offset. 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 BGA 패키지 구조의 반도체 패키지를 테스트하는 테스트 소켓에 있어서, BGA의 미세 피치에 충분히 대응하면서도 얼라인 문제를 해결할 수 있는 테스트 소켓을 제공한다. 그 테스트 소켓은 중앙 부분에 접속 영역이 구비된 평판 형태를 가지며, 상기 접속 영역에 다수의 비아 콘택들이 배치된, 연성인쇄회로기판(Flexible Printed Circuit Board: FPCB); 상기 접속 영역의 하부에 배치되고 내부에 도전 라인들이 배치된 제1 러버 커넥터; 및 상기 접속 영역의 상부에 배치되고 내부에 도전 라인들이 배치된 제2 러버 커넥터;를 포함하고, 상기 도전 라인들은 제1 방향으로 옵셋을 가지되, 상기 옵셋이 제거되도록 상기 제1 러버 커넥터와 제2 러버 커넥터가 배치된다.
