The present invention discloses a hydrolysis treatment device which evenly mixes raw materials with water for hydrolysis treatment. The hydrolysis treatment device comprises: a reaction tank which stores a fixed amount of raw materials and water required for hydrolysis treatment; a first mixer which is installed in the upper part of the reaction tank and rotates in parallel with the bottom unit of the reaction tank in order to mix the raw materials with water in the upper part thereof; a second mixer which is placed closely to the inner circumferential surface of the reaction tank and swings along the inner circumferential surface for mixing the raw materials and water around the inner circumferential surface thereof; and a third mixer which is installed at the end of the second mixer and swings between the inner circumferential unit of the reaction tank and the central unit of the reaction tank while rotating along with the second mixer for mixing the raw materials and water in the central unit of the reaction tank. 본 발명은 가수분해를 위해 원료와 물을 균일하게 혼합하는 가수분해 처리장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 가수분해될 소정량의 원료 및 물을 저장하도록 구성되는 반응탱크; 상기 반응탱크의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 상부의 원료 및 물이 혼합되도록 상기 반응탱크의 바닥부에 평행하게 회전하도록 구성되는 제 1 교반기; 상기 반응탱크의 내주면에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 내주면 부근의 상기 원료 및 물의 혼합을 위해 상기 내주면을 따라 선회하도록 구성되는 제 2 교반기; 및 상기 제 2 교반기의 끝단에 설치되며, 상기 반응탱크의 중앙부의 원료 및 물의 혼합을 위해 상기 제 2 교반기와 함께 선회하면서 상기 반응탱크의 내주부와 상기 반응탱크의 중앙부사이를 스윙하도록 구성되는 제 3 교반기로 이루어지는 가수분해 처리장치를 제공한다.
