Summary:The present invention relates to an integrated operating system for water supply facilities and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an integrated operating system for water supply facilities and a method thereof in which the area where the small water supply facilities are installed in small water supply facility unit is secured by an image and a sensor; the abnormality in sub-facilities of small water supply facilities is monitored; the water quality of tap water flowing into a water tank is continuously monitored; if there is an abnormality in the water quality of the tap water, the dosage of the disinfectant is firstly controlled; and the supply of the water tank of raw water and the supply of the water of the tap water are automatically shut off, if the water quality of the tap water is constantly abnormal or there is the infiltration of the third person or animal even after the disinfectant dosage is adjusted. The small water supply facilities can be controlled at a remote location, and a variety of information on the small water supply facilities can be identified through the mobile terminal. 본 발명은 수도시설 통합 운영 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 소규모 수도시설 단위로 해당 소규모 수도시설이 설치된 영역을 영상 및 센서에 의해 보안을 유지하고, 소규모 수도시설의 하위 시설 이상여부를 모니터링하며, 물탱크에 유입되어 공급되는 수돗물의 수질을 지속적으로 모니터링하고, 수돗물의 수질에 이상이 있으면 1차적으로 소독제의 투여량을 조절하고, 소독제 투여량 조절 후에도 수돗물의 수질에 지속적으로 이상이 있거나 제3자나 동물의 침입 시 원수의 물탱크 공급 및 수돗물의 수용가 공급을 자동 차단하고 원격지에서 소규모 수도시설을 제어할 수 있으며, 모바일 단말기를 통해 소규모 수도시설의 다양한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 수도시설 통합 운영 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
