The present invention provides a rechargeable sterilizing apparatus comprising: a rechargeable switch controlling operations such as charging and discharging or standby; a slide-AC setting an output voltage continuously changing; a rectification diode inputting a voltage continuously changing according to the output voltage set by the slide-AC, and converting a shaping waveform at 60 Hz into a peak waveform at 120 Hz; a condenser converting the peak waveform of the rectification diode into a complete DC to store the converted current through a charging delay resistor; an on/off switch controlling discharging time according to settings of a charging capacity; a condenser storing charges by setting the charging capacity according to settings of the on/off switch; at least one magnet switch operating coil receiving a voltage according to the control of the switch and connected to a charging magnet and a discharging (output) magnet; and a discharge (output) current monitoring shunt outputting a discharge state.
