Summary:The present invention relates to a rapid hardening binder obtained by mixing low heat cement and copper slag fine powder, and a polymer modified concrete composition using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polymer modified concrete composition which is composed of a rapid hardening binder, a polymer, an aggregate, and water and is capable of exhibiting practical strength at an initial stage (4-24 hours) by containing low heat cement, copper slag fine powder alkaline clinker (calcium sulfo aluminate, 3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO). To this end, the low heat rapid hardening binder is composed of: 20-60 wt% of low heat cement; 5-30 wt% of copper slag fine powder having specific surface area of 3,500-4,500 cm^2/g; 30-45 wt% of the alkaline clinker; 5-20 wt% of gypsum; and 0.1-10 wt% of other admixtures. According to the present invention, by using the polymer modified concrete including the low heat rapid hardening binder, it is possible to effectively prevent cracks due to hydration heat when repairing a concrete structure such as a bottom plate of a bridge or concrete pavement. 본 발명은 저발열 시멘트 및 동 슬래그 미분말을 혼합한 속경성 결합재와 이를 이용한 폴리머 개질 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로 저발열 시멘트, 동 슬래그 미분말과 아윈계 클링커(Calcium Sulfo Aluminate, 3CaO·3AlOCaSO)을 포함하여 초기(4~24시간)에 실용강도 발현이 가능한 속경성 결합재 및 폴리머, 골재, 물을 포함한 폴리머개질 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 저발열 시멘트 20~60중량%; 비표면적 3,500~4,500㎠/g인 동 슬래그 미분말 5~30중량%; 아윈계 클링커 30~45중량%; 석고 5~20중량%; 기타 혼화제 0.1~10중량%;를 포함하는 저발열 속경성 결합재를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 저발열 속경성 결합재를 포함하는 폴리머개질 콘크리트를 사용하여 교량의 바닥판 콘크리트 혹은 콘크리트 포장 도로 등 콘크리트 구조물 보수할 경우에는, 수화열에 의한 균열을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
