According to the present invention, an indirect live line processing method using a live line tool comprises the steps of: cutting a live line using a live line cutting tool having a rotor stick to which a cutter is coupled to the front; and covering the live line using a live line covering tool having a rotor stick to which a coater and a rotary tool are coupled to the front.
