Summary:The present invention relates to a storage tank monitoring and managing system which can maximize the convenience and the efficiency in management by expressing a disorder to the outside when the disorder occurs as well as displaying a sensing value measured by IoT sensors of each configuration means of a storage tank by a display apparatus, and can increase the accuracy and the reliability in disorder determination by configuring a controller to primarily inspect a disorder by analyzing sensing values measured by an IoT sensor unit, and configuring a central control server to secondarily inspect the disorder of the controller by using the sensing values as well. 본 발명은 저장탱크의 각 구성수단의 IoT 센서들에 의해 측정된 센싱값이 디스플레이 장치에 의해 디스플레이 됨과 동시에 장애 발생 시 이를 외부로 표출함으로써 관리의 효율성 및 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 컨트롤러가 IoT 센서부에 의해 측정된 센싱값들을 분석하여 장애를 1차적으로 점검하되, 중앙관제서버가 센싱값을 이용하여 해당 컨트롤러의 장애를 2차로 점검하도록 구성됨으로써 장애 판단의 정확성 및 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 저장탱크 모니터링 및 관리시스템에 관한 것이다.
