The present invention provides a reactor for treating an animal corpse and an animal corpse treating device using the same. The reactor for treating an animal corpse enables stabilization reaction to be rapidly performed by increasing the amount of quicklime (CaO) having a chemical reaction by additionally supplying CO_2 into the reactor occurring the chemical reaction while the quicklime is input and mixed for the stabilization reaction of a crushed animal corpse. Also, the reactor for treating an animal corpse can perform a function of supplying a heat source of high temperature by a CO_2 generating unit supplying CO_2 at the same time and, therefore, can increase a treatment temperature in the reactor without an additional heating unit. Therefore, the reactor for treating an animal corpse can rapidly perform dehydration, sterilization, and deodorization functions for the animal corpse by rapidly reacting to the rapid stabilization reaction by increasing the treatment temperature in the reactor without the additional heating unit. According to the present invention, the reactor for treating an animal corpse includes: a reaction container body; a mixing device for moving a subject to be treated while mixing the subject to be treated; a gas supply pipe; and the CO_2 generation unit supplying the CO_2 for causing the chemical reaction with the quicklime through the gas supply pipe. The CO_2 generation unit supplies exhaust gas of the high temperature including CO_2 generated by incomplete combustion of a fuel into the gas supply pipe by comprising a burner using gas or oil for the fuel. 본 발명은 분쇄된 동물 사체의 안정화 반응을 위해 생석회를 투입 및 교반하면서 화학반응을 일으키는 반응조 내에 Co2를 별도로 공급하여 화학 반응하는 생석회(Cao)의 양을 더욱 증가시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 안정화 반응이 보다 빠르게 이루어지도록 하고, Co2을 공급하는 Co2 발생수단이 고온의 열원을 공급하는 기능을 동시에 수행하도록 하여 별도의 가열수단 없이 반응조 내의 처리온도를 높임으로써 안정화 반응이 빠르게 이루어지는 것에 대응하여 신속하게 동물 사체의 탈수, 살균 및 탈취 기능을 수행할 수 있는 동물 사체 처리용 반응조 및 이를 이용한 동물사체 처리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 동물 사체 처리용 반응조는, 반응통체와, 상기 처리물을 교반하면서 이동시키기 위한 교반기구와, 가스공급관과, 가스공급관을 통해 생석회와 화학반응을 일으키기 위한 Co2를 공급하는 Co2 발생수단을 구비하며, Co2 발생수단은 가스 또는 기름을 연료로 하는 버너로 이루어져 연료의 불완전연소에 의해 생성되는 Co2를 포함하는 고온의 배기가스를 가스공급관 내에 공급하도록 된 것이다.
