A dumpling machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a draw unit (100) for pulling a dough; a sensing unit (200) for detecting the presence or absence of the dough; a press unit (300) for pressing the dough thinly to a predetermined thickness and forming a dumpling skin; a feeder unit (400) for supplying bun stuffing to the dumpling skin; and a forming unit (500) for shaping the flat shape of the dumpling skin into a letter shape of ′U′ and molding and discharging a dumpling including the bun stuffing. When the dough is not detected by the sensing unit (200), the operations of the draw unit (100), the press unit (300), the feeder unit (400) and the forming unit (500) are stopped. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 만두 성형 기계는, 반죽을 끌어당기는 드로우 유닛(100); 상기 반죽의 존재 여부를 검출하는 센싱 유닛(200); 반죽을 설정된 두께로 얇게 압착하여 만두피를 성형하는 프레스 유닛(300); 상기 만두피에 만두소를 공급하는 피더 유닛(400); 및 상기 만두피를 평평한 형상에서 영문자 'U'형상으로 성형하고 상기 만두소를 포함한 상태에서 만두 형상으로 성형하여 배출하는 포밍 유닛(500);을 포함하고, 상기 센싱 유닛(200)에서 상기 반죽이 검출되지 않을 때에, 상기 드로우 유닛(100), 상기 프레스 유닛(300), 상기 피더 유닛(400) 및 상기 포밍 유닛(500)의 작동을 정지시키는 것을 포함한다.
