The present invention relates to an interlayer noise preventing member having a 3-layered structure that absorbs noises generated from apartment houses or building structures having double layers, in which the interlayer noise preventing member is constructed on a slab bottom layer by use of a floating floor to block off transmission of interlayer noises, in which the 3-layered structure has minerals materials and a mineral binder to minimize emission of toxic gas even at firing, and in which the 3-layered structure is made by recycling waste materials and recycled materials to reduce manufacturing costs, and since the structure is simple, it can be easily assembled and constructed to shorten a construction period. The 3-layered structure includes an upper panel, a sound absorbing panel, a lower panel, a support rubber member, and an intermediate rubber member to form a floating floor space which prevents transmission of interlayer noises by multiple means. 본 발명은, 아파트 및 다가구 주택과 같이 복층구조를 갖는 공동주택 및 건축구조물의 발생소음을 흡수하여 층간 전달을 차단 방지하도록 하는 층간소음 방지 구조체를 3중 구조체를 갖도록 형성하고 슬래브 바닥층과 뜬바닥공법으로 시공하여 층간소음의 전달을 차단하고, 화재가 발생하더라도 3중 구조체의 재질을 무기질 재료 및 무기질 바인더로 구성하여 유독가스의 방출을 최소화하고, 폐기물 재료 및 재활용 재료를 적용하여 자원을 재활용하면서도 제조 원가를 절감하고, 간단한 구조로 이루어져 신속 용이하게 조립 및 시공이 가능하여 시공기간을 단축하고 시공의 편의성을 제공하는 3중 구조를 갖는 층간소음 방지 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 상부패널, 흡음패널, 하부패널, 지지고무부재, 중간고무부재로 이루어져 3중 구조를 가지면서 뜬바닥 공간부의 구성에 의해 발생소음의 층간 전달을 다중으로 방지하게 된다.
