Summary: | A carbon-ceramic composite material having insulating properties and high thermal conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The carbon-ceramic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a carbon material; and a ceramic insulating layer fused to a surface of the carbon material, and has electrical insulating properties. According to the present invention, a heat dissipation material having insulating properties and high thermal conductivity can be provided by coating a ceramic material without introducing a functional agent or a coupling agent to the surface of the carbon material.
