Summary:A carbon-ceramic composite material having insulating properties and high thermal conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The carbon-ceramic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a carbon material; and a ceramic insulating layer fused to a surface of the carbon material, and has electrical insulating properties. According to the present invention, a heat dissipation material having insulating properties and high thermal conductivity can be provided by coating a ceramic material without introducing a functional agent or a coupling agent to the surface of the carbon material. 절연특성과 높은 열전도성을 갖는 탄소-세라믹 복합소재 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 탄소-세라믹 복합소재는 탄소소재와, 탄소소재의 표면에 융착되는 세라믹 절연층을 포함하고, 전기절연특성을 갖는다.
