The present invention relates to a culture medium for the in vitro maturation of oocyte containing allicin, and an in vitro embryo production method using the same. According to the present invention, the culture medium can improve the maturation rate of oocyte nucleus and cytoplasm, and can improve the production efficiency of the in vitro embryos such as oocytes from the somatic cell cloning which is produced by using parthenogenetic oocytes or oocytes during the aging process. 본 발명은 알리신을 포함하는 난자 체외성숙용 배양액 및 이를 이용한 체외 배아 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 난자의 핵과 세포질의 성숙률을 향상시키고, 단위발생란 또는 노화가 진행되는 난자를 활용하여 생산한 체세포복제란과 같은 체외 배아 생산 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
