In the present invention, provided is a cosmetic composition containing a water-soluble extract of Triteleia ixioides as an active ingredient or containing a Triteleia ixioides extract with increased flavonoid content as an active ingredient. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a Triteleia ixioides extract having flavonoid content increased through by a sugar hydrolysis decomposition enzyme reaction by treating the Triteleia ixioides extract with an enzyme. The cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-90.0 wt%, preferably 0.001-10.0 wt%, of the Triteleia ixioides extract obtained by treating an extract prepared by using a water-soluble solvent of flower, stem, or bark of Triteleia ixioides of Asparagaceae family with the sugar hydrolysis enzyme.
