The present invention relates to a height-adjustable rehabilitation pillow. It includes a body (110) which has a protruded neck support part (112) for placing the neck of a user. An air pressure generator (120) for distributing and supplying air pressure to the neck support part and adjusting the height of the neck support part; and a control part (125) for controlling the operation of the air pressure generator.
