Summary:The present invention relates to an advanced water treating apparatus using ozone wherein the quality of treated water, finally discharged, can be increased by treating, with ozone, contaminants such as various kinds of organic materials and inorganic materials which are difficult to treat with only a bio-reaction process. The advanced water treating apparatus using ozone of the present invention comprises: an anaerobic tank which removes phosphorous from water to be treated, the water inserted from a flow volume adjustment tank; an anoxic tank which is installed on the rear end portion of the anaerobic tank and removes nitrate nitrogen from water to be treated, the water inserted from the anaerobic tank; an aeration tank which is installed on the rear end portion of the anoxic tank and converts nitrogen into nitrate by aerating air in water to be treated, the water inserted from the anoxic tank; a membrane separation tank which is installed on the rear end portion of the aeration tank and separates water to be treated, the water inserted from the aeration tank, into solid and liquid by a separation membrane; a discharge tank which receives the insertion of the treated water having been separated by the separation membrane; and an ozone contact means which decomposes contaminants remaining in the water to be treated by making the water to be treated remaining in the discharge tank contact the ozone. 본 발명은 오존을 이용한 하폐수의 고도 수처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 생물반응공정만으로 처리가 어려운 각종 유기물 및 무기물 등의 오염물질을 오존으로 처리함으로써 최종적으로 방류되는 처리수의 수질을 높일 수 있는 하폐수의 고도 수처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 오존을 이용한 하폐수의 고도 수처리장치는 유량조정조로부터 유입되는 처리대상수 중의 인을 제거하는 혐기조와, 혐기조의 후단에 설치되며 상기 혐기조로부터 유입되는 처리대상수 중의 질산성 질소를 제거하는 무산소조와, 무산소조의 후단에 설치되면 상기 무산소조로부터 유입되는 처리대상수 중으로 공기를 폭기시켜 질소를 질산화시키는 폭기조와, 폭기조의 후단에 설치되며 상기 폭기조로부터 유입된 처리대상수를 분리막으로 고액분리하는 막분리조와, 분리막을 통해 분리된 처리수가 유입되는 방류조와, 방류조에 체류하는 처리수를 오존과 접촉시켜 처리수 중의 잔존 오염물을 분해하기 위한 오존접촉수단을 구비한다.
