The present invention relates to seismically designed electrical equipment for an apartment building, which is capable of arranging the wiring in an apartment building and preventing the influence of earthquake vibration on the apartment building. The present invention includes: a seating member which is fixed on the ceiling in the basement of an apartment building so as to allow a large number of wires to be connected and seated thereon; a moving member which is installed to be slid with respect to the seating member so as not to be affected by the left/right shaking of the seating member, and the plurality of seating members can be fixed to one another by a fastening means; and a connection member which is coupled to both sides of the wiring so as to be electrically connected to each other, wherein the lower portion of the connection member is installed to be slid with the moving member. 본 발명은 공동주택 내에 배선의 정렬이 가능하되 해당 공동주택에 지진에 의한 진동의 영향을 방지할 수 있는 내진 설계된 공동주택 전기시설물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공동주택의 지하에 다수가 이어질 수 있게 천장에 고정설치되되 다수의 배선이 상부에 안착하는 안착부재와, 체결수단에 의해 다수의 상기 안착부재가 서로 고정될 수 있도록 하되 상기 안착부재와 슬라이드 이동가능하게 설치되어 상기 안착부재의 좌/우측 흔들림에 간섭을 받지 않도록 설치되는 이동부재 및 양측에는 상기 배선이 전기적으로 이어지도록 결합하되 하부는 상기 이동부재와 슬라이드 이동가능하게 설치되는 연결부재를 포함한다.
