The present invention relates to a door waterproofing device of a building, to prevent a coating film from being delaminated from a door as the bottom part of the door installed in a bathroom of the building is contaminated by moisture. According to the present invention, the door waterproofing device comprises: a rib (21) formed in the bottom center of the door (20); an inclined chamfered part (22) formed in the bottom corner of the left and right sides of the door (20); a coating extension part (24) to cover the chamfered part (22); a channel-shaped rib coupling part (30) having an elastic locking piece (31) locked on the left and right side surfaces of the rib (21); an extension plate (32) horizontally formed on the top of the rib coupling part (30) to be closely adhered to the bottom of the door (20); an inclined guide plate (33) downwardly bent from the extension plate (32) with an inclination; a rubber strip (40) having an inclined surface formed on a top to be closely adhered to the coating extension part (24); a support plate (50) coupled to the bottom of the rubber strip (40); an upwardly bent plate (51) obliquely bent from the support plate (50) towards the upper side to be closely adhered to the bottom surface of the inclined guide plate (33); a forming part (52) having a fastening hole (52) through which a screw (60) is passed; a through-hole (34) formed on the extension plate (32) to allow a center to correspond to the center of the fastening hole (53); a lower cover (70) closely adhered to the bottom surface of the support plate (50); and a vertical cover (71) extended from the front and rear end parts of the lower cover (70) to an upper part to hide the front and rear surfaces of the bottom part of the door (20). 본 발명은 건축물의 욕실에 설치되어 있는 도어의 하단부가 수분에 의해 오염되어 피복필름이 박리되는 것을 방지하도록 한 건축용 도어 방수장치에 관한 것으로, 도어(20)의 하단 중앙에 형성되는 리브(21); 도어(20)의 좌우측 하단 모서리에 형성되는 경사진 형태의 면취부(22); 도어(20)의 좌우측면을 덮는 피복필름(23)의 하단으로부터 아래쪽으로 연장되어 면취부(22)를 덮는 피복연장부(24); 리브(21)의 좌우측면에 걸리는 탄성걸림편(31)을 갖는 채널 형태의 리브결합부(30); 리브결합부(30)의 상단에서 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 수평하게 형성되어 도어(20)의 하단에 밀착되는 연장판(32); 연장판(32)으로부터 ㄷ자 모양으로 부분 절개되어 아래쪽으로 경사지게 절곡되는 경사안내판(33); 피복연장부(24)에 밀착되는 경사면(41)이 상단에 형성되는 고무스트립(40); 고무스트립(40) 하단에 결합되는 지지판(50); 지지판(50)에서 ㄷ자 모양으로 부분 절개되어 상측을 향해 경사지게 절곡되어 경사안내판(33)의 저면에 밀착되는 상향절곡판(51); 지지판(50)의 저면에서 상측을 향해 오목하게 형성되고, 스크류(60)가 통과되는 체결공(53)이 형성되는 포밍부(52); 체결공(53)과 중심이 일치되게 연장판(32)에 형성되는 관통구멍(34); 지지판(50)의 저면에 밀착되는 하부커버(70); 하부커버(70)의 전후방측 단부에서 상부로 연장되어 도어(20)의 하단부 전후면을 가리는 수직커버(71)를 포함한다.
