The present invention relates to a system for generating and recognizing a code based on the amount of liquid filling a container, the system which comprises a terminal device, scanning an image printed on a surface of the container containing liquid, and a code generation device, communicating with the terminal device, and transmits different information depending on the level of the liquid filling the container. One objective to be achieved by the present invention is to transmit different information depending on the level of the liquid filling the container while an image of a color, similar to the color of the liquid accommodated by the inside of the container, is printed on the surface of the container and the code generation device transmits information, corresponding to the image, to a terminal device having scanned the image. The code generation device, performing wireless communications with the terminal device scanning the image printed on the surface of the container accommodating liquid, comprises: an image receiving unit which receives the scanned image from the terminal device; and an image recognizing unit which transmits different information, based on the level of the liquid filling the container, to the terminal device with respect to the same scanned image. 용기를 채우는 액체 양에 기반한 코드 생성 및 인식 시스템에 관한 것으로, 액체가 담긴 용기 표면에 프린팅된 이미지를 스캔하는 단말 장치와 상기 단말 장치와 통신하는 코드 생성 장치를 포함하고, 액체가 용기 내부에 채워진 정도에 따라 상이한 정보를 상기 단말장치로 전송하는 용기를 채우는 액체 양에 기반한 코드 생성 및 인식 시스템에 관한 것이다. 제안된 발명이 해결하고자 하는 하나의 과제는, 용기 내부에 수용되는 액체의 색상과 유사한 색상의 이미지가 용기 표면에 프린팅되고, 코드 생성 장치는 상기 이미지를 스캔한 단말장치로 상기 이미지에 대응되는 정보를 전송하되, 상기 액체가 채워진 정도에 따라 서로 다른 정보를 상기 단말장치로 전송하는 것이다. 액체를 수용하는 용기 표면에 인쇄된 이미지를 스캔하는 단말 장치와 무선 통신하는 코드 생성 장치는, 상기 단말 장치로부터 스캔된 이미지를 수신하는 이미지 수신부; 및 스캔된 동일한 이미지에 대하여 상기 액체가 상기 용기 내부에 채워진 정도에 기초하여 상이한 정보를 단말 장치로 전송하는 이미지 인식부;를 포함한다.
