The present invention relates to a PET-based resin composition with excellent antibacterial properties, a waterproof/root isolation sheet coated with the PET-based resin composition, a waterproof/root isolation construction method using the waterproof/root isolation sheet. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the PET-based resin composition with excellent antibacterial properties for preventing a waterproofing or root isolating PVC sheet constructed in a rooftop greening system from being rotted by bacterial components contained in soil; the waterproof/root isolation sheet at least one side of which is coated with the resin composition to prevent the waterproofing or root isolating PVC sheet from being rotted by the bacterial components contained in the soil; and the waterproof/root isolation construction method using the waterproof/root isolation sheet. The PET-based resin composition of the present invention comprises 70 to 90 parts by weight of 2, 2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide, 50 to 70 parts by weight of 1,4-bis(bromoacetoxy)-2-butene, 30 to 50 parts by weight of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5 to 10 parts by weight of tetracycline, 3 to 5 parts by weight of chloramphenicol, and 3 to 5 parts by weight of polyethyleneoxy linoleate based on 100 parts by weight of a PET base resin solution. The waterproof/root isolation sheet is coated with the PET-based resin composition such that the waterproof/root isolation sheet is prevented from being rotted by the bacterial components contained in the soil. The waterproof/root isolation construction method uses the waterproof/root isolation sheet. 본 발명은 내항균성이 우수한 PET계 수지조성물, 이 PET계 수지조성물이 코팅된 방수/방근 시트, 이 방수/방근 시트를 이용한 방수/방근 공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 옥상 녹화시스템에 시공되는 방수 또는 방근용 PVC 시트가 흙에 포함된 박테리아 성분에 의해 부식되는 것을 방지하기 위한 내항균성이 우수한 PET계 수지조성물과; 이 수지조성물이 적어도 일측면에 코팅되어 흙에 포함된 박테리아 성분에 의해 부식되는 것을 방지한 방수, 방근 시트와 이를 이용한 방수/방근 시공방법을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명은 PET베이스 수지 용액 100중량부에 2,2-디브로모-3-니트릴로프로피온아미드 70 ~ 90중량부, 1,4-비스(브로모아세톡시)-2-부텐 50 ~ 70중량부, 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소치아졸린-3-온 30 ~ 50중량부, 테트라싸이클린 5 ~ 10중량부, 클로람페니콜 3~5중량부, 폴리에틸렌 옥시 리놀레이트 3 ~ 5중량부가 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내항균성이 우수한 PET계 수지조성물과, 이 PET계 수지조성물이 코팅되어 흙에 포함된 박테리아 성분에 의해 부식되는 것을 방지한 방수, 방근 시트와 이를 이용한 방수/방근 시공방법을 발명의 특징으로 한다..
