Summary:The present invention relates to a numerical map formation system for rapidly synthesizing coordinate information of a drawing image and, more specifically, to a numerical map formation system for rapidly synthesizing coordinate information of a drawing image, which frequently acquires images on a corresponding region to rapidly and precisely form a numerical map at low costs and with high efficiency, and to perform a numerical map formation work even under a bad environment. The present invention prevents imperfect lifting and lowering of an upper main body, which may occur when foreign materials, such as moisture and sand, flowing between an upper main body and a lower main body are attached to a rotor of a first rotating device as well as a rod constituting a lifting and lowering device, and at the same time. Moreover, the present invention prevents failures of the lifting and lowering device or the first rotating device, which may occur when the foreign materials flow into the lower main body. The present invention comprises a reference station (100), a photographing device (200), and a numerical map manufacturing center (300). 본 발명은 도화이미지 좌표정보를 신속하게 합성하는 수치지도 생성시스템에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 해당 지역에 대한 영상을 수시로 획득함으로써, 저비용 고효율로 수치지도를 신속하면서도 정밀하게 생성할 수 있고, 악조건의 환경에서 수치지도의 생성작업을 수행할 수 있는 한편, 상,하부본체 간으로 유입되는 수분이나, 모래 등의 이물질이 승강장치를 이루는 로드는 물론, 제1회전장치의 회전체에 부착되면서 발생될 수 있는 상부본체의 불완전한 승,하강을 방지하는 동시에 이물질이 하부본체의 내부로 유입되면서 발생될 수 있는 승강장치나 제1회전장치의 고장 등을 방지하기 위한 도화이미지 좌표정보를 신속하게 합성하는 수치지도 생성시스템에 관한 것이다.
