Summary:The present invention relates to a method and a facility to reduce a sludge dehydration cake by using a reduced aqueous solution manufacturing process. The method comprises: a reduced sludge solution manufacturing step of manufacturing a reduced sludge solution by adding a fixed amount of a biological buffering agent and water to a completely dehydrated sludge dehydration cake and then stirring the components; a sludge aqueous solution manufacturing step of manufacturing a sludge aqueous solution by adding a fixed amount of a biological buffering agent to the reduced sludge solution and then stirring the components; a reduced aqueous solution manufacturing step of manufacturing a reduced aqueous solution by adding a fixed amount of water to the sludge aqueous solution up to a solid content of 3-8% and then stirring the components; and a continuous concentrating and dehydrating step of separating a dehydration solution and dehydration sludge by continuously concentrating and dehydrating the reduced dehydration cake sludge solution. According to the present invention, without adding electrical heat to room temperature, biological functions of microorganisms of the dehydration cake sludge are identified and the characteristics thereof are comprehended, and thus, the present invention is capable of simplifying the extraction of glycocalyx, thereby maximizing the dehydration effect through continuous concentration and dehydration, which is a postprocess. 본 발명은 환원 수용액 제조를 이용한 슬러지 탈수 케익의 감량화 처리 방법 및 처리 설비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 탈수가 완료된 슬러지 탈수 케익에 물과 생물학적 버퍼제를 정량 공급한 후 교반하여 슬러지 환원액을 제조하는 슬러지환원액제조단계와; 상기 슬러지환원액에 생물학적 버퍼제를 정량 공급한 후 교반하여 슬러지 수용액을 제조하는 슬러지수용액제조단계와; 고형물 함량 3 ~ 8%가 되도록 상기 슬러지수용액에 물을 정량 첨가한 후 교반하여 환원 탈수케익 슬러지 수용액을 제조하는 환원수용액제조단계와; 상기 환원 탈수케익 슬러지 수용액을 연속농축 탈수시켜 탈수액과 탈수 슬러지를 분리하는 연속농축탈수단계;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상온의 상태로 전기적인 열을 투입하지 않으며, 오직 탈수케익 슬러지에 함유되어 있는 미생물의 생리학적인 기능을 파악하고 이의 특성을 이해함으로써 글라이코캘릭스(Glycocalyx)의 용이한 추출이 이루어 질 수 있도록 함으로써, 후단 공정인 연속농축 탈수에 의하여 탈수 효과가 극대화 된다 할 것이다.
