The present invention relates to a control panel having a movement apparatus, which includes: a control panel for outputting an operation signal of a user; a horizontal moving unit for moving the control panel at an inner side of a body installed therein with a circuit for receiving an electrical signal outputted from the control panel; a chain disposed at an outer surface of the body and wound or released according to the moving direction of the control panel; a chain fixation unit to which a one end of the chain is fixed; and a buffer module disposed on a bottom surface of the body, wherein the buffer module includes a lower unit and a buffer unit, the buffer unit includes an upper fixation plate, a lower fixation plate, and an elastic housing provided between the upper fixation plate and the lower fixation plate, the elastic housing has a zigzag outer side surface portion and filled therein with an elastic filling material, the elastic filling material is formed therein with a plurality of buffer spaces (H1) along the longitudinal direction, and inner reinforcing plates are provided between the buffer spaces. Accordingly, the control panel is easily moved to an intended place and a physical impact due to an internal or external factor alleviated. 본 발명은, 사용자의 조작신호를 출력하는 컨트롤판넬(510); 및 상기 컨트롤판넬(510)로부터 출력되는 전기적신호를 수신하는 회로가 설치되는 몸체(40)의 내측에서 상기 컨트롤판넬(510)을 이동시키는 수평이동부(540)를 포함하며, 상기 몸체(40)의 외면에서 상기 컨트롤판넬(510)의 이동방향에 따라 말려지거나 풀어지는 체인과, 상기 체인의 일측 끝단이 고정되는 체인고정부를 포함하고,상기 몸체(40)의 저면부 상에는 소정의 버퍼모듈(181)이 구비되며, 상기 버퍼모듈(181)은, 바닥부와 접하는 하부유닛(1812)과, 상기 하부유닛(1812)의 상방에서 상기 저면부와 접하는 버퍼유닛(1811)을 포함하며, 상기 버퍼유닛(1811)은, 상기 저면부와 접하는 상부고정판(1811a)과, 상기 하부유닛(1812)과 마주접하는 하부고정판(1811b)과, 상기 상부고정판(1811a)과 상기 하부고정판(1811b) 사이에 구비되는 탄성하우징을 포함하며, 상기 탄성하우징은 외측면부가 지그재그 형태로 형성되며, 상기 탄성하우징은 내부에 탄성충진재(1811e)가 충진되고, 상기 탄성충진재(1811e)는 종방향을 따라 복수의 버퍼공간(H1)이 형성되며, 상기 각 버퍼공간(H1)들 사이에는 내부 보강판이 각각 구비되며, 상기 내부 보강판들 중 상기 상부고정판(1811a)과 마주하는 최상단 보강판(1811f)은 하부면에 소정형상의 하면돌기가 형성되며, 상기 내부 보강판들 중 상기 하부고정판(1811b)과 마주하는 최하단 보강판(1811g)은 상부면에 소정형상의 상면돌기가 형성되며, 상기 최상단 보강판(1811f)과 상기 최하단 보강판(1811g) 사이에 위치되는 중단 보강판(1811h)들은 각각 상부면과 하부면에 상면돌기와 하면돌기가 형성되는 이동장치가 구비되는 컨트롤 판넬을 제공한다. 따라서, 컨트롤판넬을 의도하는 곳으로 용이하게 이동시킬 수 있으며, 내적 또는 외적 요인에 의한 물리적 충격을 완화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
