The present invention relates to an interlayer release film with a smell diffusing function and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the interlayer release film with a smell diffusing function comprises: a first lamination part diffusing smell of fragrance; and a second lamination part disposed on an upper part of the first lamination part to be bonded thereon. The first lamination part is formed with a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) layer. The second lamination part comprises: a nylon (NY) layer bonded on the upper part of the first lamination part; a polypropylene (PP) layer bonded on an upper part of the NY layer; an aluminum (AL) layer bonded on an upper part of the PP layer; and a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer bonded on an upper part of the AL layer. The LLDPE layer and the NY layer are bonded by co-extrusion to be formed as a co-extrusion film. As such a configuration, while the interlayer release film formed with the first lamination part and the second lamination part is formed, the second lamination part is formed to be easily removed, thereby easily releasing a release film from a fragrance container having a fragrant substance stored therein, preventing generation of scratch even if external shock, such as heat and pressure, is applied, and improving a fragrance function and bonding properties through a micropore of the LLDPE film functioning as a fragrance layer. 본 발명은 발향 기능을 가지는 층간박리필름 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발향 기능을 가지는 층간박리필름은 방향제의 향이 발향되는 제1 적층부; 및 상기 제1 적층부의 상부에 위치하여 접착되는 제2 적층부를 포함하되, 상기 제1 적층부는 LLDPE층으로 형성되고, 상기 제2 적층부는 상기 제1 적층부 상부에 접착되는 NY층, 상기 NY층 상부에 접착되는 PP층, 상기 PP층 상부에 접착되는 AL층, 및 상기 AL층 상부에 접착되는 PET층으로 이루어지고, 상기 LLDPE층 및 NY층은 공압출로 접착되어 공압출 필름으로 형성된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 제1 적층부 및 제2 적층부로 형성된 층간박리필름을 형성하되, 제2 적층부가 용이하게 탈피(제거)될 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 방향성 물질이 수용된 방향제 용기로부터 박리필름이 용이하게 탈피될 수 있도록 하고, 열과 압력과 같은 외부적인 충격이 가해지는 경우에도 스크레치의 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 발향층으로 기능하는 LLDPE 필름의 마이크로 기공을 통한 발향기능 및 접착성이 개선될 수 있다.
