The present invention relates to an apparatus for disassembling a valve and a method for disassembling a valve. The apparatus for disassembling a valve according to the present invention comprises: a body unit having a hollow formed therein and forming an external thread; a lug rotationally coupled to a lower end of the body unit and maintained horizontal by self-weight, the width in the horizontal direction being wider than the width of the body unit, and the width in the vertical direction being narrower than the width of the body unit; and a rod which enters the hollow and pressurizes the lug. 본 발명에 따른 밸브 분해장치는 내부에 중공이 형성되고 외부에 나사산이 형성되는 몸체부, 몸체부의 하단에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 자중에 의해 수평을 유지하며, 수평방향의 폭은 몸체부의 폭보다 넓으며, 수직방향의 폭은 몸체부의 폭보다 좁은 러그, 중공의 내부로 진입되어 러그를 가압하는 로드를 포함한다.
