The present invention discloses a suspension bridge having a device for fixing and tension adjusting a main cable. The disclosed suspension bridge having a device for fixing and tension adjusting a main cable comprises: the main cable supporting the weight of a passage portion through a hanger cable; a plurality of anchor blocks installed on the ground to support both sides of the main cable; a main top member supporting the main cable from an upper end portion; and a tension adjustment fixing portion provided in the anchor block to adjust tension by moving an end portion position of the main cable, and strongly fixing the anchor block to the ground. 주케이블 장력조절 고정장치를 갖는 현수교에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 주케이블 장력조절 고정장치를 갖는 현수교는: 통행부의 하중을 행어케이블을 통해 지지하는 주케이블과, 주케이블의 양측을 지지하도록 대지에 복수개 설치되는 앵커블록과, 주케이블을 상단부에서 지지하는 주탑부재와, 앵커블록에 구비되어 주케이블의 단부 위치를 이동하여 장력을 조절하고, 앵커블록을 대지에 견고하게 고정하는 장력조절고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
