Summary:The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring the center of gravity and the moment of inertia, which converts an arrangement direction of a model structure to measure the moment of inertia with respect to each direction. Therefore, working convenience and economic feasibility can be improved. Moreover, the apparatus comprises: a base frame unit mounted on a floor to provide a support force; a side frame unit individually provided at both sides of the base frame unit, vertically arranged toward an upper side, and provided with hinge units in an upper end portion thereof; a rotation support bar to which both end portions of each of the hinge units are detachably hinged; and a swing means having a pair of swing supports of which an upper end portion is detachably coupled to the rotation support bar to reciprocate about the rotation support bar, and a swing base unit of which both sides are connected to a lower portion of each of the swing supports, and a model structure is arranged in an upper portion. 모형구조물의 배치방향을 전환하여 각 방향에 대한 관성모멘트를 측정함으로써 작업편의성 및 경제성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 바닥에 안착되어 지지력을 제공하는 베이스프레임부; 상기 베이스프레임부의 양측에 각각 구비되되 상측을 향해 수직하게 배치되며 상단부에 힌지부가 구비되는 측부프레임부; 상기 각 힌지부에 양단부가 착탈식으로 힌지 연결되는 회전지지바; 및 상기 회전지지바에 상단부가 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 회전지지바를 중심으로 왕복 운동되는 한쌍의 스윙지지대와, 상기 각 스윙지지대의 하부에 양측이 연결되되 상부에 모형구조물이 배치되는 스윙베이스부를 포함하는 스윙수단을 포함하는 무게중심 및 관성모멘트 측정장치를 제공한다.
