Summary: | The present invention provides a die coater gap adjustment device using a multi-stage cylinder. A multi-stage cylinder is mounted on a die coater for precisely coating a coating liquid of ultra-fine thickness on an electrode plate of a secondary battery or glass such as LCD, PDP, OLED and the like, so even if the device is downsized, the gap of the slot through which the coating liquid is ejected can be finely adjusted with a great force, thereby realizing a high quality and high efficiency product as well as ultra-precise control of the thickness of the coating layer formed on a film or a glass surface.
본 발명은, 이차전지의 전극 극판이나 LCD, PDP, OLED 등의 글라스에 초미세한 두께의 코팅액을 정밀 도포하기 위한 다이 코터에 다단(多段)실린더를 장착함으로써 장치를 소형화하더라도 큰 힘으로 코팅액이 분출되는 슬롯의 갭(gap)을 미세하게 조정할 수 있게 하여, 필름이나 글라스 상면에 형성되는 코팅층 두께의 초정밀제어는 물론 고품질·고효율의 제품을 구현할 수 있는, 다단실린더를 이용한 다이 코터의 갭 조정장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. |
