Moreover, to culture a large amount of Candidatus Brocadia sinica OBA1 strains with a high growth speed, separated and enriched and cultured from sludge of a bioreactor of a livestock excretion disposal plant, the present invention includes an ANAMMOX reactor stably achieving partial nitrification, which is necessary for the culture of ANAMMOA microorganisms, through an SBR reactor linked with an AOB granule generator, and operated through a completely mixed fluidized bed attachment process by attaching the Candidatus Brocadia sinica OBA1 strains to a fluidized bed carrier to prevent the strains from being lost. 본 발명은 가축분뇨처리장의 생물반응조 슬러지로부터 분리 및 농화배양된 암모니아 산화 활성을 갖는 성장속도가 빠른 Candidatus Brocadia sinica OBA1 균주에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 가축분뇨처리장의 생물반응조 슬러지로부터 분리 및 농화배양된 성장속도가 빠른 Candidatus Brocadia sinica OBA1 균주의 대량배양하기 위해서, AOB 그래뉼 생성조를 연계한 SBR 반응조를 통해 ANAMMOA 미생물의 배양에 필요한 부분 아질산화를 안정적으로 달성하고, Candidatus Brocadia sinica OBA1 균주가 유실되지 않도록 유동상 담체에 부착하여 완전혼합형 유동상 부착식 공정으로 운전되는 ANAMMOX 반응조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
