The present invention relates to a rotary heat treatment furnace, performing heat treatment while rotating a rotary frame without lifting a fixed frame, thus saving energy used for lifting and lowering the heavy fixed frame, and preventing a problem like an energy loss and poor heat treatment generated when external air enters a compartment or heat inside the compartment is escaped to the outside, thereby enhancing a quality of heat treatment. Moreover, a rotary protrusion part is formed on a pillar of the rotary frame at a predetermined interval and the rotary frame is rotated as any one rotary protrusion part is pulled with an actuator installed in the fixed frame, thus providing effects capable of being easily manufactured due to a simple structure while being inexpensive, and capable of being easily and quickly replaced or repaired to be used even if fault occurs. According to the present invention, the heat treatment furnace comprises a base, a rotary frame, a fixed frame, and an actuator. 본 발명은 고정 프레임을 들어올리지 않고 회전 프레임을 회전시키면서 열처리가 이루어질 수 있게 구성하므로, 중량이 많이 나가는 고정 프레임을 들어올리고 내리는 데 사용하는 에너지를 절약할 수 있고, 외기가 격실로 들어오거나 격실 내의 열기가 외부로 빠져나갈 때 발생하는 에너지 손실과 열처리 불량과 같은 문제가 생기지 않게 하여 열처리 품질을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 회전 프레임의 지주에 미리 정한 간격으로 회전 돌부를 형성하고, 고정 프레임에 장착한 액추에이터로 어느 하나의 회전 돌부를 잡아당겨서 회전 프레임을 회전시킬 수 있게 구성하므로, 저렴하면서도 구조가 간단하여 쉽게 제작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고장이 발생하더라도 쉽고 신속하게 교체하거나 수리하여 사용할 수 있다.
