The present invention relates to a hanger apparatus for transferring a hoist vehicular body, in which when a first hanger arm is rotated, a second hanger is rotated at the same angle, so one worker can load a vehicular body by operating the hanger apparatus. The hanger apparatus includes a hanger body (10) supported by a hoist (not illustrated) installed on a ceiling; a first hinge assembly (20) installed on one end of the hanger body (10) and having a first pivot bracket (21) connected to a first hinge (h); a second hinge assembly (30) installed on the other end of the hanger body (10) and having a second pivot bracket (31) connected to a second hinge (h2); a first hanger arm (40) connected to an end of the first pivot bracket (21) and divided into two parts, the first hanger arm having a first pad unit (41) connected to each end to support one side of a vehicular body roof; a second hanger arm (50) connected to an end of the second pivot bracket (31) and divided into two parts, with the other side of a vehicular body roof being loaded by each end; a linkage wire (60) penetrating the hanger body (10), of which one end is connected to the first pivot bracket at a lower side of the first hinge (h) and the other end is connected to the second pivot bracket (31) at an upper side of the second hinge (h2); and a plurality of guide rolls (70) installed inside the hanger body (10) to guide the linkage wire (60). 본 발명은 호이스트 차체 이송용 행거장치에 관한 것으로서, 천정에 설치된 호이스트(미도시)에 지지되는 행거몸체(10)와; 행거몸체(10) 일단에 설치된 것으로서, 제1힌지(h1)에 연결되는 제1회동브라켓(21)을 가지는 제1힌지아세이(20)와; 행거몸체(10)의 타단에 설치된 것으로서, 제2힌지(h2)에 연결되는 제2회동브라켓(31)을 가지는 제2힌지아세이(30)와; 제1회동브라켓(21)의 단부에 연결되어 양측으로 분기되는 것으로서, 단부 각각에 차체 루프의 일측이 로딩되는 제1패드유니트(41)가 설치된 제1행거아암(40)과; 제2회동브라켓(31)의 단부에 연결되어 양측으로 분기되는 것으로서, 단부 각각에 상기 차체 루프의 타측이 로딩되는 제2행거아암(50)과; 행거몸체(10)를 관통하는 것으로서, 일단이 제1힌지(h) 하부측의 제1회동브라켓(21)에 연결되고, 타단이 제2힌지(h2) 상부측의 제2회동브라켓(31)에 연결되는 연동와이어(60)와; 행거몸체(10) 내부에 설치되는 것으로서, 연동와이어(60)가 위치를 가이드하는 다수의 가이드롤(70)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한다.
