Summary:The present invention relates to a surface inspection equipment for metal materials, and specifically relates to a surface inspection equipment for metal materials which precisely inspects the surface of the metal material in a clean inspection environment while the inspection of the metal material is converted into a data form for an accurate analysis unlike a conventional surface inspection method of metal materials using magnetism. The surface inspection equipment for metal materials comprises: a surface inspection module including a laser light source irradiating laser light on the surface of the metal material, and a focus control lens portion for controlling a focus such that the laser light irradiated from the laser light source can be concentrated on the surface of the metal material; and a defect analyzing portion for analyzing a defect including cracks on the surface of the metal material based on a control value of the focus control lens portion of the surface inspection module. 본 발명은 금속소재 표면검사장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 종래의 자분을 이용한 금속소재의 표면검사방법과 달리 검사 환경이 쾌적하고 금속소재의 표면을 정확하게 검사할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 데이터화하여 정밀하게 분석할 수 있는 금속소재 표면검사장치에 관한 것으로서, 금속소재의 표면에 레이저광을 조사하는 레이저광원과, 상기 레이저광원으로부터 조사된 레이저광이 상기 금속소재의 표면에 집광되도록 초점을 조절하는 초점조절 렌즈부를 포함하는 표면검사모듈과; 상기 표면검사모듈의 초점조절 렌즈부의 조절값을 근거로 상기 금속소재의 표면의 크랙을 포함한 결함을 분석하는 결함분석부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
